Verses speak volumes to ears that haven't been taught to listen/
Not blind by any means, but still lacking a true vision/
If only these words had the power to simply change/
I'd write nouns and spit verbs till they couldn't fit on the page/
But let's be realistic for a second, maybe a minute/
Nobody's showing love, they just don't have their heart in it/
Instead they'd rather hate, cause it's easier to spit a slur/
You're whack, you're fat, plus your style isn't prefered/
Did it ever occur? That we're intended to be unique/
Regardles of race and skin tone we're entitled to stand on our feet/
40 hours a week, doesn't always translate success/
Some people are volunteers, it make them any less?/
So hard to digest, the way the world legitimizes this shit/
Supposed to stick together instead we're unloading bullet clips/
It's mad hard to dealth with, when we can't seem to get along/
If more people wrote verses, the world might be hearing a different song!........
