Derek Fisher has been in the league to long to be considered a draft pick. Reading is fundamental. Damn people are a little slow on picking up on this site. Explains well on why just about every battle on this site is below the mason/dixon line. & yes the NBA Draft is done. They only do two rounds. Only first round picks are guaranteed contracts.
