lol at you people.. first you complain that doesn't isn't enough mods and when we add some, you complain again. As for the reason why he was selected... we ran a report listing everyone's posts count in that forum ordered from the most and went down the list, looked at all the feedback they gave, checked if they posted their own open mics, then checked if they had any aliases that were banned and the reasons. Not much point adding someone to mod that forum if they don't even participate in it regularly. If they are already reading the threads and are active in the forum, being a mod lets them help improve on what they see needs work.
I guess you could say having a big post count next to your name doesn't mean you'll get a spot since everyone's transferring in posts from whereever.. I can't really keep track of what everyone is doing and who was who with all the name changes, so the easiest way to find someone would be to look up their numbers in a particular forum. That being said.. this was only the first round of invitations that went out. |
