you have to go to the dentist, otherwise it cud get infected.....
to stop the pain you could try pulling it out, one great rush of pain to end it all or if not, and if the pain killers dont work try washing a bit of salty water around in your mouth where it hurts and spit it back out, i do that shit when i have toothache and it makes the pain go away, if the pain comes back just do the same shit again.
