This is just a feedback thread

I wanna know first that this idea would be something yall be down to do


Now, first and foremost
A.S.I.A. = Apocalyptic Supremist of the Imperial Alliance (refer to my sig)


this will not be the normal "Elevation" crew but it is a ELEVATION crew
I'll explain that later, journey with me

This will be a Crew for everybody, especially those already established individuals
such as those with these 17-4 records and so forth
trust me, it'll be fun


this Crew will put the "Create A Rapper" feature of this site into play

Let me let yall in on my thoughts


In order to participate in this crew, you have to create a rapper
for those who already created a rapper, if I'm mistaken you can make another one

Once that rapper is created, report to the "Duty Station" thread
that I'll make if this idea jumps off

In order to sustain membership in this crew you WILL HAVE TO battle atleast once a week

You'll be rewarded for those battles by being "Rank"

Ranking System (Based on AirForce Enlisted and Officer Ranking

Enlisted

AE1 - NCB - NetCee Basic - No Insignia
AE2- NC - NetCee - 1 stripe
AE3- NCFC - NetCee First Class - 2 stripes
AE4 - SNC - Senior NetCee - 3 stripes
AE5 - SS - Staff Sargeant - 4 stripes
AE6 - TS - Technical Sargeant (Tech Sargeant) - 5 stripes
AE7 - MS - Master Sargeant - 6 stripes
AE8 - SMS - Senior Master Sargeant - 7 stripes
AE9 - CMS - Chief Master Sargeant - 8 stripes

Officers

AO1 - 2nd Lt. - Second Lieutenant - Gold Bar
AO2 - 1st Lt. - First Lieutenant - Silver Bar
AO3 - Capt. - Captain - Double Silver Bars
AO4 - Maj. - Major - Gold Leaf
AO5 - Lt. Col. - Lieutenant Colonel - Silver Leaf
AO6 - Col. - Colonel - Eagle

How To Earn Rank
(based on how many battles won and lost)

You rank will be determined by your battle score
you battle score is determined by subtracting the number of losses from your wins

i.e. if your record is 12-5, your score will be a 7


Enlisted and Officers
1 and Below = AE1/AO1
2 - 4 = AE2/AO2
5 - 6 = AE3/AO3
7 - 8 = AE4/AO4
9 - 10 = AE5/AO5
11 - 12 = AE6/AO6
13 - 14 = AE7/AO7
15 - 16 = AE8/AO8
17 - 18 = AE9/AO9
19 - 20 = AO10
20 and up = AO11



How To Become a Officer

If you've moved up the ranks and remained undefeated all the way up to MS
I will evauate you (until I get a Colonel) and I'll upgrade you from enlisted to officer

or you just automatically become a Officer once you reach the highest level in Enlistment (battle score of 18)


When you become a officer your battle score will be restarted
no you wont lose your record, you'll keep that

say your 13-0, you'll be a 2nd Lt.
But 13-0 will only be good for Enlistment
when you become 14-0 and you're a officer, you're battle score will be 1
and so forth



The people who have the rank of Col. or higher shall become A.S.I.A Council
they will help me evaluate those Enlisted and reward Officer status
but only with my approval

so if we end up with 3 Col. and any starred Gen, they are Council
but this crew will have a Chain of Command

the 3 Col. will have to get the approval of the Gen, then the Gen gets my approval




RULES


1. Follow The Chain of Command
A. if there's a problem, until I get some Col or higher.. get at me. When there's Col. or higher, get at them. If they cant resolve them they will come to me and will have a session
B. battle, after the battle all subsequent internal beef shall die
1. If the beef isn't settle after the battle you will be penalized in your battle score, which may result in loss of rank

2. Battling
A. Required atleast 1 battle per week, there's no maximum
B. You can challenge anybody but;
1. If your the Ranking individual (meaning you have higher rank) than the person challenging you, you are required to accept (it's like a title fight, you have to defend your rank)
2. If you're challenged by somebody that outranks you, you don't have to accept the challenge unless you feel it would be a even battle
C. All forms of battling will count towards your battle score. If your Audio, battle Audio wise, if you Poetry go for it... etc.

3. Bonuses
A. Enlisted defeating Officers
1. If you are enlisted and you defeat a officer, depending on the officers rank you will be awarded accordingly; Col. and up = 4 points, Capt. - Lt. Col. = 2 points, 2nd Lt. - 1st Lt. = 1 point

4. Respect each other
A. Encourage each other
B. Give constructive critism
1. Let them know what they are or aren't doing right
2. If they need elevation, give them pointers on how to elevate

I noticed other elevation crews that aren't really helping elevate those
I see this as a oppurtunity to have fun (with the Create A Rapper aspect)
as well as earn respect as you elevate your skills in the only real way to
BATTLING


plus this might up the activity level in the BATTLE scene here
and might actually give Noobs here something to do

that's why alot of these crews online are unorganized and dont stick around
cause you got peeps being lazy

only thing you might wanna memorize is the Rules
and those aren't that hard to remember

yall read long ass threads about beefs but something that might bring activity to the board
you dont want to read
