Well we gotta get rid of all the bullshit that's still in the forums (wack text league, wack punchline tourney, etc.), so someone on the list can have their tourney/league. There should really be pre-req's to running these things, because too many unintelligent/unexperienced kids are getting their requests granted right away, while those who actually know what the hell they're doing have to wait 3 months.
