its illegal to say yell out fire in a crowded place- (thats the restriction of the freedom of speech). its illegal to walk down the street and slap someone , but its not illegal to say racially geared words on t.v. as a joke.

its easy to tell if someone is racist or not, and just cuz u laugh at certain racial situation or point them out doesn't make u racist. it makes u aware of your surrounding, no matter what race u are.

Less racist? But what account? Dude, racist people today aren't the raging rednecks they once were. This is the 21st century. Except for a few (e.g., Michael Richards), most racists and racism is covert and perpetuated through policies, beliefs, and ingrained hatred toward people of color.


And, what makes him NOT a racist? He's white. He's in a position of power/influence. He made racist remarks.
