Sorry, but he will need to agree to removing the loss since he did drop while you didn't.. and even if you drop and he doesn't show, you can reuse that verse elsewhere

check this out....nomercy votes for certified thug...and i know this becos in the search bit...it tells u who posted last,and it says nomercy....and i searched cos i was suspect from my battle were certtifiedthug votes for nomercy...so i know nomercy voted for him..and check the time....its straight after certifiedthug votes for nomercy in our battle...and when certifiedthug voted he didnt leave a link to return vote or anything....check the times strobe...tell me if im wrong...but im pretty sure...the vote shud go..plus they should be banned...check sum of they other battle..pure dick ridin....votin 4 each other

What happened was that you had checked in at 09-12-04 09:58 AM and did not drop your verse by the 45 min deadline, so you were disqualified for not showing.
