Oh yea, n' Serb, I understand your point, the problem is that who's to say what's explained and what's not? You could say "Vote - Trus, I thought his closer won it". Is that an explained vote? Some people would likely say yes, some would say no, and then there would be fights about which votes get dqed and which don't.
This way, it's very simple what a valid vote is and there's no room for arguing. |

It's going up tonight... problem is it's not really his job to do mags, thats why we had a mag writer, but with appoc gone LI has to fill in the void for this week. Next week, we have someone who has agreed to become our weekly full time writer.
