bet you get more cut lifting heavy. heavy=more fibers used, it hits the muscle deeper, makes cuts deeper since the muscle itself will become bigger, and burns more calories because you exert more energy. light weight=less fibers, more of the motion, less calories burned.

^^^Word...Its no way in hell I could put down 5000 calories...I just don't like eating that much...
I got a track runners build...skinny...eh? maybe...but, my muscles are toned...dats been my goal from the start... and My abs are nice...Cardio and diet have given me that... I've given up all junk food.PERIOD. |

Push ups work wonders for the entire chest region...and so do chest presses as well as bench presses
