Explains what happened to me. Overall just go slow and dont rush the workouts. Try splitting your routine into half weight lifting, and half conditioning.

best best best thing to do is to just get some rest...lay off the weights until the soreness stops

it might be a while...but when you get back in it youll feel like a monster like you could lift the weights mad easy because your muscles have had time to relax themselves and grow

when you do the whole rest/excersice/rest/excercise etc. the more you do that routine shit the less youll feel it hurting, your body will be used to it after a while and it wont hurt nomore unless your adding a lot more weight...
