It's all about opinions.

Jay did so much for the game, and he has to be listed as one of the greatest. However, nobody can say that he is the best ever, due to the fact that we all have our opinions. We all relate to some artists more than others.

Jay is a cool cat. I gained so much respect for him after the Black Album, before that album dropped I didn't really care much for him. I liked his debut, but that was it.

Props to him and i hope he comes back.
