Aight here's the breakdown I feeling both pieces. Both took similar but different approaches to this. Acuity had better emotion in his piece. But I like how Calm set his piece up. I like how every line was a thought going through a guy's mind when he finds out he had a child on the way. Your piece took me by storm from start to finish. It had a greater appeal to the audience if it's read right. This a perfect piece for spoken word. And you didn't have to get too technical with it, so props on that. Imagery for both was pretty much the same. Creativity is leaning more on Calm. Nice battle you two but I was feeling Calm's piece more than Acuity's, so Calm gets my vote.

Calm- came kinda unprepared, cuz yo poem was on the basic edge, missed emotions and transitions to make yo flow smoother. but imagery was ok Ac- well i this was interestin no need to use words that u dont kno the meanin of..lol or cant pronounce big vocab is ok but imagery and emotions was felt nice..it has kinda catchy story...but overall u had this. V/Ac

acuitys had a more poetic element behind it and a deeper storey, both had goo imagery but acuitys structure and flow was also better. No hate, just acuity was on the point throughout and calm you were too inconsistsant. rtf in sig in 3 days or i dq this vote.
