itss plain to see, that hes talking about jay-z but why would he put himself as the best rapper above eminem and others?

simple to say becuz jay z and lil wayne were apart of the few that freestyled there rhymes on there albums and everything.....they just spit fresh off the dome.....and now that the best rapper alive has retired(jay-z) he will be the only one in the game to be that raw.....and obviously claim himself to be the best..................wore
