but why do people ASSUME that is what people in another country want to do???? i know so many people that arent bothered bout gettin play in america.... but whats funny is.. ive allready had air play on quite a few american radio stations... online and offline(even if the offline ones arent huge ones, they are still american though)... but i jus wanna make music in my country.... if i had a chance to break america, id take it.. but thats not my goal... i just cant see why people automatically assume thats what people want to do though.

becuase America has the biggest market for rap, you guys always say your rap scene is smaller...people assume that because we have the largest "industry" for rap that's where people are looking to go to nobody would willingly limit themself to one thing...it's like going to the Nationals for swimming and then turning down the Olympics... nobody "I" know would knowingly do that it's not just about us being cocky or concieted, we know we're the biggest market for rap music so THAT is why we assume other people would want to make it here, cuz you really ain't shit 'til you make it in the U.S...that's why people from other countries do "cross over" albums, cuz they know the U.S. is the "big time" so to speak...it's not just about our "American eGos"
