I can do 230 now, but I need to start working out again.
To Reign, if you work your arms out daily it makes you weaker. You need to switch up the muscles worked everyday. Like Mon, Wed, and Fri should be workout days, Tues and Thurs should be workout days. Mon do arms and shoulders Wed do legs and abs Fri do chest, triceps, and squats

If you all want to tone your abs, this is the perfect exercise.
Get a 45 lb weight, and lie down on your back. Put your feet together and lift them at a angle that is almost 90 degrees, but not quite so it is somewhat hard to hold them up.
