THANK GOD SOMEONE AGREES... I mean - I love anyone who programs and plays all their own music, but shit like laffy taffy is like 2 fucking chords. The south took over, then got real fucking dumb with both their lyrics, AND music. Now anyone with a casio keyboard, flava flav glasses, and a half ass grill, can be on BET. yuck.

The world needs a little more DL Incognito.... word

Nah so far out of all the people on the internet ive heard use synths the only producers that stuck out that made synth type beats are Black Tee Productions,Ozone Productions, and Ansane. Hate Ansane or not,if you use one of his beats and show it to people who haven't ever heard it,chances are, people are gonna like it.

They hurt my ears.

If I want to listen to music, I'll listen to music. If I want to have a headache, I'll bang my head against a wall.

I don't see what mainstream producers are trying to do by combining the two.

yea some of them are ight and some thing are wack
as long as they dont got a crunk sound im ight wit it

what i like the most is sampled beats not kayne type beats but sampled

perfect examples of sampled beats:

dipset - gangsta music (one dipset beat i DO like)
2pac - i aint mad atcha
2pac - starin at the world through my rearview
2pac - until the end of time
2pac - when i get free
2pac - dont you trust me
2pac - changes
eminem - stan
eminem - sing for the moment
eminem - crazy in love

shit like that cuz it takes like classic songs of a diffrent genre
and adds sumthin completely new and more deep to it
and its just more interesting

But my real beef is with load ass wak fake anthem sampled tracks...where the laudest most sampled shit automatically becomes an anthom for dipset. please.

lmao nah man...u wont hear no samples like what dipset uses.......im not talking about that type of shit....

these are hardly perfect examples... sheesh. blame a kid off rv to think he knows bout whats good or not good when talking bout sampled music. Jus cause someone loops a basic 70's or 80's sample doesn't make it a perfect sample. A good sample has layers and layers of different samples, that are cut to perfection and beat matched. Kanye is fucking amazing because he doesnt do just the basic loop of a good old hook, but takes pieces of other songs let slone that one line and combines them. Sampling is a fucking art, and these songs you listed are basic loops that I can throw together in like 10 minutes. And I don't consider myself anywhere near pro status where I would put cats like Just Blaze or RZA. word.

Yeah, and if you thought those sampled beats were perfect then your perspective sucks.
