taking E is fine, you won't OD or nothing depending how you do how big of a dude are you? if ur a small guy and its ur first time take 1 cap, then wait a bit and take another half cap. if ur a big dude then just pop a full cap. give it a few, have a few drinks is fine. then once ur high is done, give it like another hour and pop another cap. but make sure you don't smoke weed and take E, that shit doesnt go together, you will get fucked up if you do that. and also be prepared for the downfall.. its like a really bad hangover times 10.
