Man... I'll tell you a goal to aim for.
Look up "planche." To be able to hold a planche correctly for 5 seconds, make that your goal. Chances are that by the time you can hold it for even two seconds properly, your man boobs will be well on their way to destruction. I think you might be dealing with something different though. I'm pretty sure it's very difficult to get rid of "puffy nipples." I knew a guy that got surgery for that.

yeah man. this is wut u should do...
do 3 sets of 50 with a 30 second break inbetween each set. and what really helps with moobs..or big nipples or w/e ur looking to do...is eat really healthy..a lot of greens salad shit and grilled chicken. also ...try sprinting for 30 seconds at a time...running as fast as u possibly can...that helps a lot too

word i used to think fuck 3 days a week, I wanna do 5, but that'll fuck you up. So I just do like monday, wed, fri upper body and legs, then tuesday, wed, thursday all abs and stomach. I do running on monday and fri too. Try to work out most I can. YEA
