"obamacare" in it's current state is barely any change at all. If you actually read it and saw what it is, you'd see that most progressives hate the plan for not changing anything(reality) and most fake conservatives hate the plan for changing too much(imagined) and oppose the plan because Rush Limbaugh told them something. Then there's real conservatives who don't like the plan because they believe in the free market.

EXACTLY why I'm not digging the plan.

the hipaa law makes it so when someone is accepted to a nursing how or care type facility they can't be removed. in a town close to me theres this guy that was accepted after having a stoke and the people didn't check his backround somehow over looked that he was supposed to be goin to prison for molesting a 10 year old girl and 14 year old boy. he had the stoke because he was so terrified about goin to prison. he's been in this place for over 4 years hanging out wit people like your grandmother and shit. and he's not supposed to be anywhere near kids under 18, but when the cops are called on him for gettin to close to a kid, who would come in because of visiting or somethin, the cops come and can only talk to him and nothing happens.

he is also allowed to go out to dinner when he wants like any other old person there, he's only 49 and he's also 6'6'' 310lbs, and this nursing home is less than a block from a park and baseball dimond.

our tax dollars pay for this child molester to be there which is 6 thousand dollars a month and our tax dollars pay the cops that can't do anything about it to come and just talk to him.
