Sad thing is, its true, girls are developing at a younger age. There is no 'pregnant age' as I saw someone type in here. It depends on when the girl starts menstrating. Some girls its early, but others its very late teens. This, 11 and 8.. is out of control. Ive read reports that it is actually the hormones they pump into our foods today, especially chicken, that is causing young girls to develop alot earlier that usual.

Yea most gurls do start later with producing eggs and what not... but the hormones part is true, they inject cows with hormones to produce more milk and that has an effect on the younger girls that drink it, causing them to hit puberty earlier and earlier... And girls did used to get married at 11 and 12 and have children real quick trying to keep up the population but most of the time they had miscarriages because an 11 year old's body isn't ready for that kind of strain...

I've heard that Ukraine prisons are worse then American prisons, but he might not be in maximum security because what he did wasn't 'violent' either way i'll be surprised if he makes it out of the jail time.
