BUT it says that he couldnt breathe or something when they found him, BUT i dont understand why he would have to undergo surgery for trouble breathing, how can they fix that? and he said that he had to be choppered out, why would he need that?

Breathing=if something is wrong in your body especially in your abdomen you body will have trouble breathing because it hurts like a bitch

Chopper=this happened to my lil brother. its because the hospital you are at doesnt have the right equipment or staff to handle the situation

sometimes breathe passageways get blocked by shit, or collapse... So they do surgery, where they put a tube in to re-open the passage... but he wouldnt have got a chopper... I dont think
