That's a great start. be mindful that most juices are high in sugars. look to see what percent of real fruit juice it is or if it's "all natural" yet.."made from concentrate" which is contrdictory.

What's more interesting to me is why blacks and other minorities have higher rates of hypertension and other chronic illnesses.

Even more intriguing to me is why bad food costs less than healthy food, especially in impoverished areas.
