Drop times are set when the battle is created. If he is still able to drop, then he isn't late.. otherwise the battle is automatically closed

but then it also says that registered voters can only vte, what is a registered voter.. I'm allowed to vote in elevated and i never did anything, it must be automatic. well, lyricalflow tried to vote, and he couldn't, so did hotshh and big bad wolf.. they have the requirments that you stated also, so why then does it not accept their votes.. as a matter of fact, why does it not accept 100 posts to vote, since it is the default.. if there is some kind of mistake, or miscommunication, in all fairness, i would like the battle closed, if not can you start it over for the votes i've missed or oth of us missed because of the factor of time.. or just something, i just wanna know that everything is handled right, and fair.. heres the link

You setting the min posts to 100 has no effect as the permission to vote is forum based... even then, the 100 posts will be pointless, since to get one's account upgraded to Registered Voter, they would need 250 posts at minimum. Accounts are automatically upgraded when someone has 500 posts. If they have less than 500, but have 250 posts and 5 wins, they have to PM AN ADMIN to have their accounts upgraded, since the 5 wins need to be manually verified. None of the people you listed had asked to be upgraded to Registered Voters, therefore they will not be able to poll

No, they close battles when people do faulty stuff.. it says minimum posts 100.. period.. how is gonna be more than that, plus a lot of them have as many wins as you.. u got yo d/r and shit now, who you want to vote.. you always on here too, damn.. give me some peace..
