eminem can be a dope rapper....well used to be..he is still highly skilled..he just drops the level lyrically every time another album drops....I loved the slim shadylp

And Eminem is falling off. LyricalSolja is a fuckhead. Dre wouldn't drop him because Eminem does x8 platinum every album. And guess what.... over 95% of the consumers are only interested in the pop singles he releases. This means simply that rappers that sell really high appeal to mainstream. This doesn't mean they can't be dope; they can, and Eminem IS dope. However, this also means that you don't have to be dope to sell. Look at Nelly. He did x8 platinum and he blows and sucks.

A rapper's skill should be judged by SKILLS, not sales. But since Dre's income comes from SALES, he would never drop Eminem - no matter how wack he becomes - because he would always sell high.
