You walk into a room with 20 ft ceilings, 15ft up there is a single beam and with it a man hanging dead by his neck, there is nothing in the room to assist him with his apparent suicide.....but the floor is wet directly under him. How did the man kill himself. ?

Persumed he was dead for an hour (although it took 2 hours for ice to melt) so during those 2 hours while the ice was melting, he was at the bar drinking, so when the cops questioned him he had an aliby.
