He didn't, a man broke into his house, put him on concious, dressed him in his bath robe, turned on the hot watter in the bath tub and let it over fill, turn the heat up to max, and put the chair on a block of ice, then put the man on a chair and tied the rope around his neck, then left, when the cops found him, they pronounced him dead for an hour, but they never new because the water underneath was warm (do to hot bathtub water) and didn't know it was melted ice water but thought it was the bath water. Persumed he was dead for an hour (although it took 2 hours for ice to melt) so during those 2 hours while the ice was melting, he was at the bar drinking, so when the cops questioned him he had an aliby. And they said he was there at the bar for 3 hours but the man died an hour ago, can't be him, and left him alone, cuz they didnt know he was at the bar while the ice was melting.... the perfect murder, maffia assination stlye bitches, that's what you get when you mess with the council
