I did mine on the idea that forbidden fruits were as of those of the tale of Adam and Eve. On a sexual level.
Forbidden Fruits. The lifes that we live, basically they are chosen for us From the seeds that we once were, sprout into a forest From the limbs that sway above, are the unforgiven truths That make us choose wrong, and grasp the forbidden fruits The bible says sex before marriage, is a cardinal sin But men cannot be blamed for getting hardened again The woman are not as innocent as they may seem They use their powers against us just to stay free Its like a day dream, that has me thinking what to do Forbidden fruits, glistening from the morning dew But i grasp them, because the temptaion seems to break me And it seems lately, the wrong is where it takes me A desperate zone, where only lust is just a sin The fruits of spoils, spoiled me, so where do i begin. It was a gloomy evening, but my day wasnt wasted I was motionless cuddling with my girl in her basement Everything was fine.. until that one subtle movement I couldnt hold on longer , the sexual pain was grueling Now at this point in my life, i was still considered a rook My sexual experience was limited to movies and books I cherish God extremely, and his beliefs are mine too But my sexual innuendos, visioned a blind hue I couldnt see what i was doing, my mind was lost In this situation it was like my eyes were crossed Time flew by, and after the dirty deed was conceived The emotionless emotions i felt........ i couldnt believe I thought it would be perfect, the best feeling in the world I mean this is special, its the first time i did it with a girl But all i felt was emptiness, for i knew i didnt love her Me the youngest brother, coulda' had a baby mother I wasnt ready for this, it wasnt the right time to do it But i seen an opening, And i felt it was time to screw it My heart? I can see through it........ I'd build a stone house made of bricks so your starving children can sit, and write these words of unsurpassed wit, and never ever try to quit. I'll sketch words on a stone with a chisel on a hut in the light of a candle, my hand shaking as I grasp the handle, almost scared out of my sandals. You'll probably never read these words, but I only hope some day you will, and that you're never killed and until that day, bite the world and take your fill. I'll close my eyes and turn to see the littlest, hungriest child staring, never eating, having suffered a hundred beatings and eyes wide but still never really seeing. We stand still like old gunslingers for a second, then I hide being some rocks, and reappear before the blind child, who seems shocked, in my hands a large box. I hand it to her, and she can't see my smile in the darkness and through the gloom, just another fruitless endeavor as she tries to read what it says by the light of the moon. To Someone Special: In this box of a massive size, I have put in order a book of our alphabets to classic stories, Your prize, to read one of the hundred books a year, so life and death aren't so boring. |

ok both pieces were very good and very deep and stayed on topic both had everythong down to it from imagery,vocab,emotion and the lines were very good so really it was a barely tie situation here very good from both sides but i felt that daemon jus had the better piece he came up wit suck a betta piece taht outshined SW so thats basicly it cuz it was a very close tie but very good job from both of yall keep it up....1....v/Daemon.....RTF HONESTLY ON MY BATTLE.......

as expected both brought dope pieces to the table here.....
first off, daemon came with more of the complex vocabs, i don't think there is anyone who comes more complex than you, you stayed on point throughout the topic and brought an original approach to the whole thing instead of taking a basic approach, i was feeling the imagery and emotion you delivered also through your words and it really is hard to find a fault, the only thing i can point out is that in like one or two bars the flow got choppy even though it was only a little..... spoken word took an interesting approach to the topic with the whole adam and eve concept and delivered an orginal piece that flowed well throughout and stayed on point right through to the end, the imagery and emotion was in there making out a nice picture of the concept you were getting at, not as complex with your vocabs as daemon was but i felt still that yours was the better piece, it was one i could relate with the given topic easier and i enjoyed it more.... so... V/ - Spoken Word (aka Flow Intelligent)

dope battle.
spoken: i like the twist you pulled of with this piece. it worked real well. emotion was nice. imagination was dope. vocab was decent flow was on point and your structure was good... overall i was feeling your piece alot. good job fam. daemon: ok.. where do i start. umm there was something about yours that didn't wuite connect. i didn't really enjoy reading it, it was too packed out with too many things i think you tried too hard on this, vocab was real nice though. your piece was interesteing to read but not a fun pieice to read it didnt really keep me interested thats why im gonig with spoken word sorry man... v/ spoken word |
