Middleweight Title: {Propain} (6-0) vs. The Revelation (6-3)

Battles up Monday - Check In by Wednesday - Drop by Friday - Votes by Sunday
No line limit and the battler with most votes by Sunday night is the winner. If this is a topical battle, write a topical and not a poetic drop and the same is vice a versa. All Battlers must vote on 4 other battles and leave their voting links in their battle thread. Battles voted on may be from either poetry or topical battles. If vote threads aren't in your poetry battle thread by sunday you will suffer a loss by Disqualification. Extensions must be asked for by Thursday night by pming any of the mods (Acuity, Drama Queen & Elementality). No extensions will be given 4 if asked 4 on Friday night. Extensions are only given till Sunday night at the most. If you dont ask for an extention, and drop whenever you feel like it you will be DISQUALIFIED. Do not abuse extentions, they are not to be used if you're just too lazy to drop within the confines of the circumstances. Leave reasonable explanation for your absense. If the League notices you are a slacker due to this nature you will be banned for being out-right slothfully callous. Every battler must nominate (not their own) one topical and poetry battle for pieces of the week, in the main forum . People with pieces of the week shall have their drops stickied and placed in the Pieces Of Inspiration sub forum Don't ho-show because you will be banned if you do it twice. We can understand you cannot drop due to certain circumstances but if this happens a second time, you're banned from the league for 2 weeks. If you signed up for both leagues and you no-show in one league twice, you will be banned in both leagues! Try to limit the freeposts, we will have a chat/beef thread for that. A Hole In The System As I hold the green bud, so Sticky And Soft I find a hole in the system, Picking The Lock Then Tickity Tock, time is money They Say Its the 1st of the week and the sales must be made by Wednesday But I have no worries or Any Cares Because the law cant stop me or find me Anywhere But theres no witness to talk when you Throw Nines See Security systems resemble Bullet Proof Vests Cuz theres always a kink in the armor like Piercing Through Chests Sometimes I sit back and burn, call me an L Baker Other times I deal grass like I was Sellin' Acres Never to be caught or stopped cause bribes are Useful And if you were the 1 who snitched, you must be a Loose Fool Cuz youll dissapear without a trace and Never Found Buried in a place theyll never look, underneathe Clever Grounds Pulled over by the law but luckily the cop was an old Close Friend Saw my old pal and I was let go, it was good on Both Ends Its just like they say, where thers a way in theres a Way Out See Ive closed the door on my business, so just Stay Out!

I crawl into spaces, some people don't even know exist, An edge between pain, pleasure, anguish and bliss. It's crazy how something can topple a structure so strong, One little inconvience and the foundation is gone. So I take my time, chew away while no one seems to notice, Hmm a poem, *chew* I feel no remorse to whoever wrote this. Well this top part is nice, crisp and thin so now down to the beams, Everything is fine, well sometimes things aren't what they seem. I watch the people laugh and joke, and no how one day they will cry, So I just sigh and continue my job, not my place to wonder why. The structure still seems strong, but my eating is doing it's job, She just said she's more important then him? Ha! What a snob. Their lives are boringm, except the times she comes home oh so sad, Because her boyfriend made a joke and she pretended to be mad. But then her plan backfired because he didn't call to apologize, Humans are so weird, so I just keep on going eating as I standby. The beams are almost through, being cut off at the base, But I decided to have a snack over at Charles Dicken's book case. They were screaming and fighting, I think my presence is becoming known, She cries more then ever, and seems to never get off the telephone. Oh well, guess it doesn't matter, I mean I am almost through with my mission, The foundation is the last posisition before I lay in my wodden coffin. Somebody is over at the system, guess they want to get rid of me, They sprayed some fume, HA! I can't be killed so easily. The damage is becoming clearer and the consequences severe, I think now it is clear that the only way to save themselves, is to conquer fear. But they can't do it, because they know the truth whever they go, They can postpone my damage, because I have already made my blows. The house now topples, like a system with a poor leader, Someone once said to never bite the hand of he who is your feader. Well, it's an amazing thing, how jealousy can make a firm friendship crumble, Perhaps it could have been saved if the hole had been sprayed for evil. But now the problem, is too much for people to handle, Cuz even the smallest hole, can make the whole system topple.

ok both of u did good likethe imagery and conccepts from the both of yall both did good.....i see propain piece and has alot of vocab and a good structure and a good emotional feeling to it......rev. ur piece was good nice creativity there and there was also some parts that fell opf structure though need to work on that so it can work smoothly and good......and also need more emotion to it as well didnt feel ur verse wit alot of it.....so my v/ goes to Propain for havin a better verse cuz of the emotion and strucutre to it.....good job and keep it up my v/ is propain.......
