If the woman is the subject of rape, then my stance is that the baby can be aborted before it is considered to be alive by modern standards. When its metabolism is still developing, as is its body, and it's not a specified gender. I'd allow abortion if it was under bad circumstances and/or the baby would be born into horrible conditions, physically, mentally, and home-wise, but only if it was 4 or less months old.

I agree with efecx on the whole rape deal. Other than that... Hell Na!!! To me its horrible, your killing something you know... It aint just somethin either, it is a human which cant even defend itself. I had a couple female friends of mine do it. Trust I aint talked to em since I found out, and I never will. I wouldnt be surprized if my ex got one accually...

2 its MURDER how r they going to charge someone for the death of a baby when they murder a pregnant woman?

and i would never get one if my baby was going to be a human vegetable i would raise him/her in some countrys they kill disabled children whos to say that they might not bee the next einstein or save someone make a difference in someones life?
