Overall, lextownkillaz was just outclassed in this battle. Lextownkillaz had one decent concept, and the rest of his verse either didn't connect, was played, or just sucked. Illist had quite a few decent lines.. a few good ones.. and just an overall more solid verse. So, basing off of that, Illist gets my vote.
