i need help boxing because i got beaten byt 2 people i kod in like r ounds,
i lost my edge and i have hard time trainig because i dont have a punching bag, and i ave no more gym membersip, anyone no hot to make an alternantive, that you could use in the backyard?????

lol,have u got a lil brother or owt,lol.........hmmm,dunno wot u cud do....i guess ud have to shadow box.....to help your technique n stuff...and maybe do some joggin n stuff...u dnt jus av to hit a bag to get better...u could get fitter and stuff....become a quicker boxer.....do press ups to get ya arms stronger....shit like tht....at ma gym,we have to a circuit for like half an hour...doing situps pressups joggin and stuff...plus he makes us shadow box in front of mirrors.....so yer tht might help??

i do that, but punching something is so much funner, but i still do what ya mentioned.
