yer..my first beat..working on a few..rushed this a lil towards the end just to get it out...used a piano...some nice snares with a clap...the hook is basic..just kinda follows the verses..but hey...chorus are pretty hard at the moment..any tips..?leave feed please..also leave links ill return the feed...

Returning the favour... I like the way the beat drops in an unexpected place in the melody, gives the beat an edgy twisted feel. The piano line is nice enough but the beat just seems far too basic, you need a decent bass in there (the buzz bass that comes in later doesn't fit), also you need some strings or some more keys or something. I like the idea so work with it and bulk the track! Keep at it bro.

It took me months to figure the basics cause I taught myself, but you got the basics down good. Now just work on expanding your sounds, and layering more things on top to add complexity & depth. werd..ill get at you tomorrow..ive heard that the bass-line is the msot impotant part in a beat..but i cnt figure em out..iv sussed drum patterns i think...but ill deffo holla at you 2moz..i really wanna learn more...i apprciate it mayne..thanks
