theres a distint difference between the work NIGGER and NIGGA.. very distinct.. Now, i myself, say nigga quite often..bad habbit.. im glad thats as bad as my habbits get..but none the less, it's still a habbit.. saying nigger when you mean nigga, will in fact get you harrassed.. but other than that, if you not sure on which one to use, dont say it... personally, i dont care if other races say "nigga", cause its slang nowa days.. now if they nigger, its a lil more of a prob.. sometimes people get carried away and test you.. they might say "Whats up you nigger.".. most times i just say dont use that word or ill smack the shit out of you.. and they normally go back to how they normally greet me -_-... other tha that i dont give a shit.. just makes me less effected by other racist remarks.. in the long run - its just a word..
