Why do I have so many different IP's and how come some other people have the same IP as me sometimes?? its wierd and confusin

The different IP's is something I dont know. Unless you post from different computers...and the same IP's is because of AOL...they use the same IP's for regions of the world...So if you lived in Philly and had AOL...mostly everyone who used AOL in philly would post with the same IP.
