ACID Pro 4.0 Vs. Cool Edit 2.0

Basically I have both cracked programs, but i wanted to know which one is better for me.. I've heard a lot about Acid Pro, but also about cool edit, which is better and why? somebody holla back, one. only difference i see so far, is that Acid Pro costs $50 more, and the cool edit has a cooler looking interface..
