I am white. But if I owned a label I would make it multi cultured simply to expand.

For example...

Jin, Eminem, Missy Elliot, Kayne West

^would be a much more interesting record label than the regular gangster record labels. I cant think of a good example but seriously, whoever the powers are that decide hip hop (supposedly us but seems NOT) we need to get out of the mind frame of "get some nigga to be the next hip hop star, make him rap about his shit life & how he may kill people" i kno someone will say its not allllllllllll like that...BUT...very few rappers interest me with what they say. I hate to jump on their dicks, but Kayne & Eminem are good examples of something different who have had major commercial success. Doods like that WILL be legends, the flavour of the month doods who stick to the "gangster" tip never make it, 50......seriously......he will never be considered a legend......Banks blah blah......
