Yes, it is true that Detroit is the murder capital of the USA. And I am soooooooo...not proud of this fact. The truth is, Detroit has so much to offer culturally and historically. We are one of the most creative places in America. We are like cousins to New York. We are the Capital of everything (the hair capital, the car capital, the music capital). But we bring shame to our city name so much. For instance, about 2 weeks ago, Wipeout of the Chedda Boys (a regionally successful rap clique) was shot coming out of the Candi Bar. In the past week 8 others were murdered from both the Chedda Boys and the Street Lords (the rival to the Chedda Boys). I try to stay optimistic about my city because we are THE SHIT even (as a matter fact especially) without Eminem. We've got Slum V., Phat Kat, the new BR Gunna, Rock Bottom. We are makin moves I thought, until I hear about this. This is a sad reality. I just want to know if u guys have any comments because I really dont have any questions to ask. Come correct...
