Yeah, there was already a thread about this. He obviously doesn't want to do it as of now.
Just PM him. It saves money plus mostly everyone asking for it is too inactive for it to make that much of a difference no? Plus complications like people changing their names during battles and blah blah blah wouldn't make it too "hot"
