Can you tell the difference between her and i without the shell we were born in?
The skin that keeps us "safe", forget that it leaves a slight sting, scars of fighting, The density of flesh bares the weight from battles personal in suggestion, Mirrors hold more secrets then those from supermodels forced sheer complexion, Age fortells and the crystal waits for an answer, to give the mindless reason, We wonder whether we will wither with her, for more subtle truths then treason, After letting go and getting off, the sadness seems so sinister, All smiles hurt all ways for days and later, Age holds old happiness in wrinkles........ The scars of laughter and fear, Yet we cannot stop the becoming, shedding skins like snakes......... On the same day each and every year....

wow, great imagery...your decriptiveness with your words is very good, well written piece here, this seems like a metaphor for aging or something, but you wrote it in an abstract kind of way, dope poem.1
