that mic and its so cheap at your local radio shack but you also need to buy a adapter for it which they should have over there also which cost like 2 dollars with the adapter you can plug the mic into the back of your disk drive
and he has a old ass compaq computer with cool edit pro 2.0 and thats all a mic and cool edit 2.0 but you gotta know how to mix in cool edit 2.0 but shit if you need help mixing ill do that for you

ohh and the technique is to make a shape with your lips like your whistling and from the back of your throat you sort of push the smoke out, like if you ever had a sore throat and you dont wanna cough so you itch it by doing a silent cough, you do that but keep your lips open make sure your lips arent fully closed like your whistling though
