Can anyone fill me on what to do when recording audio. I've been writing for about a year, and have always wondered how to do audio, do you like listen to the beat on headphones while recording acapella, then adding the beat to it. Or play the beat really loud while rapping to it and recording, and what about the microphone, whats this about a sock and a hanger? Phill Me In!

Aight you open cool edit, go on multitrack veiw. Umm havent recorded in a while but you just put open the beat in one track and then click record only on another one. NOT THE BEAT! It'll record over it. Then you can hear the beat while you spit that hot hiya you too close man! shit. Feel me G?
