Snoops deffo fallen off heaps.. But dudes like.. Going into old age now.. All hes doing is just making a few club bangers here and there with whoevers in the limelight round the club scene so he dont turn into a has-been.. So I got nothin against him...

Its really hard to say whos actually elevating the most out of the commercial scene, most rappers only bother elevating production wise once they make it cause good tight production these days can mean the difference between getting loads of play or having your album flop...

I gotta say, I really have no idea...

Bow wow hasn't elivated. He has ghostwriters, as does most of the industry.
So we can't just elivation here really.

as far as elevation im going with paul wall. Dude has only been rapping a few years. Peoples champ is going plat and once dyke jones is off swisha house, he is the leader.

As far as mainstream catz...I honestly can't say who's elevated...I agree that 50's kinda dropped a bit, but his flow's sicc and he's got hot producers, so it doesn't matter cuz the public eatz that shit up.

Em's last album was not as strong as his early shit. Lyrically, he's about the same, but the content isn't as strong.
