like I rarely get sick, but this weekend it finally caught me. but i had sore throat last few days, but every morning when I brushing my teeth and shit, I usually just gargle with salt water, and shit goes away a great amount. so luckily for me that phase is gone. but now I got bad cough, and runny nose. Any lil home remedies y'all do besides the doctors usual "Drink a lot of fluids" (which i have been doing). word

Ok this seriously works if you have a cold.

Spray toothpaste up your nose, preferably a mint flavour if you have one. This will allow the flouride vapers to travel to the lungs at a quicker rate and the oxygen will be carried from your lungs to your brain. The brain will then identify the flouride and other medical ingredients (depending on the brand) as infectious agents. This will make the brain produce a chemical commonly known as dopamine that contributes to feeling of bliss and regulates pain in the body by attacking harmful infectious agents. However, since the medical ingredients found in toothpaste are identified as being harmful, they are not. Therefore, your brain produces an excess amount of dopamine which will then target ACTUAL infectious agents (such as your cold cells). And will cut the time you have a cold by about 3/4 if you do this once a day. Be forewarned though, that if you do it more then once a day, your brain may produce an overly-excessive amount of dopamine which can lead to feelings of slight schizofrenia and amnesia.

it's best to kill it before it hits you, like aroudn the time you first start feeling it coming on, but the sure fire killer for me has been peroxide swabs in each ear (let it sit and do its thing), multivitamins and oxygen. K.O.'s the cold in a few hours and even seen it get rid of a sore throat and coughing for someone who already had a BAD cold.
