Spybot: Search & Destroy

I have both, and don't download a bunch of useless shit. So my computer's pretty straight with that.

the best thing to do is to just do a system restore......gets rid of everything......spyware just keeps coming back and coming back...i just do a system restore when i come in contact with some spyware

Try Microsoft Antispyware... it found stuff that spybot search & destroy missed once.
