How to Chop and Screw

anybody know what effect to use to just slow down a vocal and make it low and shit to use for a hook like Bring Em Out, Diamonds on My Neck, ect.?

Isnt it just in time-pitch? You set it to keep the same speed but lower the pitch. Or slow it down as well, whatever you want.

Are you using cool edit?

You should just record yourself using Screwlab (screwlab.com) and then take out the part you want as the chorus.

chop & screw = easier on acid. beatmap the file. lower tempo. cut sound in 16th notes and just cut + paste.
