Do you feel as though the events in time are preset and unchangable therefore making free will a complete illusion or do you believe everything in existance is basically running free of restrictions and we generate our own fate?

na but for real, i believe that we run our lives. our shortcomming/successes are not written in stone, but in our hands (for the most part, of course you'll have obsticales and shit to get in your way, that you cant control)...

but as a christian i believe its up to me to get into heaven. Meaning i have full control over my life and most of my sins ( no one is perfect. thats why jesus died for us. so we all can make our mistakes and be not perfect)...

^^but fam if God knows whats gonna happen before we do then that must mean that the course of our lives are just set sequences that are ultimately unchangeable

kinda like watching a complete film for the first time

meaning that our feeling of having free will is just an illusion after all as having free will would technically undermine God being all knowing as it would be unpredictable...

maybe free will is in terms of the way we think as opposed to our actions if you get what i mean...in that case free will could exist with God being all knowing, simultaneously...

im not saying god knows it cause its fate. god is ALL knowing. just liek you know your about to something before you doit ? so does he. hes is you. you are part of his mighty being. of course he knows wtf is bout to hapen.

thats EXACTLY what i think too, we make our own choices, he just knows what each one will lead to but he doesnt do shit FOR you

its like, if you're on a road and you're making a left or right, god knows where the left turn will lead and god knows where the right will lead, but YOU make the choice, he doesnt, just because he knows where it will lead doesnt mean he makes the choice, thats how i see it atleast
