Remember that garbage ass Dance Dance Revolution game, where you had the foot pad that coincided with the dance steps?
This is pretty much that, but instead of a foot pad there's a guitar. ...and instead of the shitty music DDR had, there's classic rock tracks. This link has an almost complete list of what you get to play in the second game. Shit is mad fun to play when really trashed.
