^^Okay, so I'm not going to buy that EXACT building. But, God willing, I plan to acquire a warehouse size facility to open up a self-storage business.

Then, I plan to inquire about parking lots in D.C. Parking in the city is at a premium. So, if I can own my own parking lot, it could be a great investment!


I don't plan on "quitting my day job." Rather, these and other businesses will provide supplemental income so I can achieve my ultimate goal of starting my own foundation.

With my foundation, I want to send 10,000 kids to college for free. So, I figure at 25 grand a year, for 4 years, I'll need over a billion dollars!


Gotta have a plan man!!!!!!
