yoooo if u ever eat inside Mc's turn that paper on ya tray over and peep the nutrient facts.. u lookin to lose weight or stop eatin it, that shit will make ya stop.. cuz damn son.. the only one i can remember was the 10 piece chicken selects.. fuckers have 6600 mg of Sodium and like 46 grams of fat and like 3500 calories.. it takes up ya whole day of food lol.. i dont like fast food too much anyway. but Sonics is the shit! and a lot fresher than mc's..

same here the nearest sonics is in orlando for me which is like a 3 hour drive.. so went i hit disney and universal i always be stoppin there.. trust me them other fast food chains aint got nothin on Sonics.. and lmao @ subway.. drive out more and peep them corner deli's or little sub places gurantee they blow subway down the pipe..

the thing is I think I have a really FAST metobolism.
But 20 pounds of fat is NOTHING, seein that Im a skinny nigga ANND its gettin warm outside so eventually that fat will turn into muscle when im playin basketball/football and runnin around I just want the weight on my first, ya digs? plus that protein shit is expensive and mickey d's have a dollar menu so..

lol.. if u gain anytype of weight from mc's its gonna slow u down dawg seriously.. i played HS football and to play DE i had to gain atleast 15lbs i did it a fast food way and tried to turn it into muscle.. but the shit slowed me down... but steaks aint expencive .. i aint sayin go out and get a steak dinner.. u can buy them at the groccery store like 1.99/lb get that some rice and some baked beans and swit it up to pork and shit man
i dont kno if u like to cook lol but thats how i did.. i went from 205 to 225 and since i been out of high school i still play b-ball and football wit the boyz i onlyi still weigh in the 230's goes up and down here and there... but naw try to cook ya meals man. its a better way |
